I admit most people wouldn't like Noby Noby Boy, but I love it. It's a very simple game with no real goal other than collecting trophies, eating, growing, and stretching. The overall goal is for everyone to grow boy as big as possible and report to Girl so she can travel to new planets. Boy can visit the new planets once Girl has reached them. There's not really much to see or do on the new planets, but as long as you want something casual and simple this game is great.
